13 13 94Everyone working in Australia has the same rights regardless of visa status. The Ombudsman has an explicit assurance protocol so that reporting underpayment does not put your visa at risk.
Cash in hand with no payslip is a red flag. You must get a payslip within one working day of being paid. No payslip means no proof — and for working holiday makers, no evidence for a second-year visa.
